A few words about security. All of us here take security and website
access very seriously. We know we have to work at it each and
every day to stay current with the latest vulnerabilities.
Some members of our Website team started on the Internet years
before it became what it is today. Our hats are tipped to
those who have the talent to find flaws in our website's
security measures, both real and perceived. While we have a
respect and an appreciation for that talent, all of us have

Design Goals
This website has been kept simple by design in order to deliver
information to most browsers and browser versions without
errors. Although there are browser versions that cannot read
tables, they have been used for layout within this website.
Graphics and other inserts have been kept to a minimum to
facilitate faster downloading of information.
