Product Summary

The MMS family of spectrum analyzers provide a range of capabilities to fit every mid- to high-performance measurement need. Frequency limits begin at 100 Hz and extend to anywhere from 2.9 GHz to 40 GHz, continuously swept, through a single input connector. The microwave preselector may be omitted, included, switched in or out, wider bandwidth, or dynamically tracked (eliminating the need for peaking while providing maximum amplitude flatness).
