is about victims and survivors who totally
reject any supernatural explanation for the

There are speculations that some UFO abductions
are actually electronic weapons tests disguised
as such, but this web site makes no attempt to
explore that issue.
THIS IS THE MAIN COMMENTARY PAGE. JUST BELOW IS A LETTER TO ALL E-WEAPONS VICTIMS, AND COMMENTARY WITH REFERENCES FOLLOWS THE LETTER.

Dear E-weapons Victim:
First - In a US News article titled 'Wonder Weapons', (July 7, 1997, by Douglas Pasternak) one of the originators of e-weapons, Eldon Byrd (former US Navy scientist) stated that he could trigger bioeffects with signals too small to detect.
Second - The collective experience of about 50 e-weapon victims points STRONGLY toward the use of technologies so far advanced that shielding flat out doesn't work and detection probably doesn't do much, either.
Third - Even if you get a clear reading on a piece of test equipment, and it really IS from the weapon holders, you canNOT use it in court, because the governments refuse to acknowledge that e-weapons exist. A high school debating team member could shoot down your evidence.
Fourth - E-weapon harassers ALWAYS know when detection equipment is in use - it's part of their harassment-surveillance package. You switch on equipment which can detect them, they take a break until you are finished, or, will start using an entirely different mode of transmission. Ask other victims.
Having said that, the instrument which can read and identify signals and their frequencies is called a 'spectrum analyzer'. The RANGE of possible frequencies is so high that you won't find a single device which can go all the way from sub-audible (ELF) up through microwaves, light, and xrays.
Spectrum analyzers would be needed IF a court would accept your readings as coming from a weapon. Court case quality spectrum analyzers are EXTREMELY expensive.
For ELF up through the VHF range, you can use the less expensive oscilloscope, with a large (24" x 24" x 100 turns of wire) air core pickup coil to give you some idea of what signals are floating around your dwelling. However, this type of measurement would be nearly useless in court UNLESS the governments come clean publicly, which is not likely any time soon.
For ultrasound, a microphone with range up in the several hundred kilohertz range (well above normal hearing) coupled to an oscilloscope will do, but again, you'd have trouble in court even with the more common ultrasound, unless you had an expert on site to testify for you. That, too, is an expensive option.

There is one raspy signal, in the shape of a sawtooth signal (not at all a natural pattern) which my harassers have let me photograph. It's on my site at:

That raspy signal is EASY to detect, because it makes listening to the radio or trying to tape record nearly impossible. Even cable TV is somewhat affected.
However, again by collective experience, the weapon-holders are quite capable of interfering with your mind and nervous system WITHOUT your knowledge.
With me, they do some outright harassment, and at other times, they do things like hypnotize me to not see things (temporarily) or force various dreams on me and the only way I know these things come from the covert harassers is because of the YEARS of sometimes brutal harassment that I CAN feel.
If they want to, I'm sure they can control many people without the slightest hint to the person being controlled, and if Dr. Byrd was telling the truth, you might NOT be able to detect that at all.
Our collective experience is, though, that the e-weapon holders WANT you to know they are doing this, and harass you often so that you seem to others as if you are insane.

My suggestion is blunt and simple:
Don't spend much (if anything) on equipment and shielding - it can all be defeated. (I do hope someone proves me wrong on this, but I haven't heard of a court case where the court went on record as acknowledging that a person was under attack by electronic weapons of the sophistication currently in use.)
Instead, help us get at the weapons from the 'back door', by PUBLICIZING the fact that MKULTRA activity has NEVER stopped since the 50s, and by so doing, get up enough public interest to cause an outcry to governments for the TRUTH.
Publicity HURTS the e-weapon holders; no other approach does that; and publicity is something every single e-weapons victim CAN DO. I claim that 1,000 T-shirts with "MKULTRA CONTINUES - BAN ELECTRONIC WEAPONS" would do more than all the court cases and detection attempts to date.
In order to win, we MUST get the public at least curious.
MKULTRA has NEVER been genuinely publicized - it's time to do that now - doing so makes it clear to the public that there are enough people with Nazi-like motives in North America to keep a privatized, electronic MKULTRA going in high gear.
If any reader doubts the power of publicity, consider these
two things:
- The annual national advertising budgets in North America
- The fact that the e-weapon holders react VERY strongly
to publicity acts on the part of victims
If we don't respond appropriately, the entire human race will soon be a lost cause.

One e-weapons process has been patented in the U.S. and
at least one research paper exists on how to
shape the transmitter signal to accomplish this.
(The voltage difference across nerve cell walls is what
keeps normal radio waves from affecting us. If the
sound (or other effect) is carried by very short
(1 microsec. or so) pulses instead of a steady
signal, and the peak power is high enough, that
wall of voltage difference can be penetrated.
This isn't really so hard to believe: We all know that
a very wide range of effects can be caused by connecting
wires to our nervous systems and brains. All the covert
testers have done is discover how to shape a microwave
signal to induce the same type of currents remotely.)

For roughly two decades, increasing numbers of
civilians in the U.S., Canada, and elsewhere have
experienced often severe electromagnetic harassment
by advanced electronic weapons right in

A closing thought: Many readers have told me this is
all too fantastic to believe. I would feel the same if it were
not atcually happening to me every day of the year.
To understand why a government would engage in this type of
activity, you have to imagine yourself as a nation's chief
of national security. As chief, you are keenly aware that every
country is developing this new class of weapon, which has
more or less replaced nuclear weapons as the "latest and greatest".
You are also keenly aware that microwave weapons are very cheap -
they are the "poor country's ultimate weapon".
Obviously, finding volunteers to have their brains read and
erased, and their organs burned, (administered along with conventional
psychological warfare techniques) is impossible.
(Due to the extremely comprehensive suite of harassment
techniques, it is likely that the covert operators are testing
application techniques, rather than just the weapons themselves.)
The other countries are working very hard on this - what
are you going to do? Do you really have any choice but to
sacrifice a few people's privacy and well being for the "good" of
your country?
If you really put yourself into the security chief's shoes, you
will find it hard not to go ahead with this covert programme.
Think carefully and honestly about this situation before
labelling us victims as mental cases.
